It can be much more than our energy … it can help us feel good, it can improve our social life, it is at the heart of many parties and social traditions. It can be very enjoyable!
Delicious indeed! Healthy, not always. So what is the main purpose of food and how it affects our health? The fundamental purpose of food is to provide nutrients for the body so it can work. Certain nutrients are essential to create oxygen into energy for physical activity and all internal functions, including tissue repair and build. But go and nutrition are not always “hand in hand.” And without food the body can not function its best. Health and energy ultimately suffer. definition of NutritionNutrition simply means something that nourishes. To feed “means feed or equipment are needed to sustain life and growth.” Not as “food” includes food is! And just because a product is a nutritional label that is not a guarantee it has all the food.
